The Gingerbread Goddess


A festive cocktail with plant based indulgence


When the nights turn cold and the fairy lights start to sparkle, there’s nothing better than a drink that feels like Christmas in a glass. The Gingerbread Goddess is a smooth, creamy cocktail that combines Tequila Flora Chocolate with warming amaretto, spiced gingerbread syrup and a splash of oat milk. It’s completely plant based, luxuriously rich and tastes like dessert for grown ups.


Ingredients


50ml Tequila Flora Chocolate

25ml amaretto

20ml gingerbread syrup

75ml oat milk

Plant based whipped cream to finish

Optional garnish: crushed gingerbread biscuit or a dusting of cinnamon


Method


1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.



2. Add Tequila Flora Chocolate, amaretto, gingerbread syrup and oat milk.



3. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold and frosty.



4. Strain into a chilled coupe or short glass.



5. Top generously with plant based whipped cream.



6. Finish with crushed gingerbread biscuit or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
