Due to the nature of our product, we are only able to accept returns or issue refunds if your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can put it right as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items, in line with alcohol licensing regulations.
