At Tequila Flora, we care deeply about two things:

1. Making delicious tequila cream liqueur

2. Making sure our customers feel like absolute queens

If something’s gone wrong, your order’s missing, your bottle arrived looking traumatised or you simply need help deciding which flavour matches your personality best, we’re here for it.

We aim to reply to messages as quickly as possible, although response times may be slightly slower during launches, busy weekends or when the team are emotionally attached to a new cocktail recipe.

A few important things:

We will always try our best to help.
We will probably use too many exclamation marks.
We cannot control couriers behaving chaotically.
We sadly cannot replace bottles that were “accidentally finished in one night.”
And no, your friend “just trying a sip” before finishing half the bottle does not count as damage.

If there’s a genuine issue with your order, send us your order number, details and photos if needed and we’ll get things sorted as quickly as possible.

Please be nice to our team. We run on tequila, iced coffee and good vibes.

Your privacy matters to us. Mainly because nobody wants their tequila shopping habits exposed to the world.

When you place an order with Tequila Flora, we collect the information needed to get your bottle safely to your door. Things like your name, address, contact details and order info. Very standard. Very grown up.

Spam you every 14 seconds
Share your details with random people
Judge how quickly you reordered Strawberry

Your information is stored securely and only used for things like processing orders, customer support and keeping you updated on important Flora news, launches and offers if you’ve signed up for them.

Now onto safety.

Please enjoy Tequila Flora responsibly. She may taste like dessert but she still contains alcohol, and unfortunately “it tasted too nice” is not a legal defence for texting your ex.

A few important reminders:

Do not drink and drive
Do not attempt to outdrink your friend who “never gets hangovers”
Do not operate heavy machinery while emotionally attached to Chocolate Flora

If you have allergies or dietary concerns, always check the product label before drinking.

And finally, please store your Flora responsibly.

 

Leaving it open in a shared fridge may result in mysterious disappearances and family betrayals.
