Refund Policy - The Basics 

At Tequila Flora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of alcohol sales, the following refund terms apply.

Returns Eligibility

We can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original condition. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

Products must be returned to us within 14 days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence where possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns of opened alcohol products unless they are faulty. We also cannot accept returns where products have been damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the returns process outlined above.
