Ingredients
50 ml Tequila Flora Chocolate
25 ml premium vodka
15 ml coffee liqueur
10 ml fresh espresso
2 drops saline solution or a tiny pinch of sea salt
Ice

Method
Add everything to a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake hard for 20 seconds to create a tight, velvety texture.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish
Fine cocoa dusting or a single dark chocolate shard.

Ingredients
50 ml Tequila Flora Strawberry
25 ml premium vodka
20 ml raspberry liqueur
10 ml fresh lemon juice
Ice

Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake hard for 15 to 20 seconds. You want proper chill and slight aeration to lift the cream base.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Optional garnish
Light dusting of freeze dried raspberry powder or a single fresh raspberry on a gold pick.

This one is Tequila Flora Strawberry. No complications, just chilled pink indulgence with a little sparkle round the edge.

Ingredients
Tequila Flora Strawberry
Pink sugar crystals

How to prepare

Pour a small amount of Tequila Flora Strawberry onto a flat plate. Dip the rim of each chilled shot glass into the liquid, turning gently so it coats evenly. The creamy base works as the perfect natural glue.

Next, dip the rim into pink sugar crystals. Rotate slowly to create a neat, even ring. You want glamour, not a sugar avalanche.

Pop the glasses into the fridge for five minutes to let the rim set slightly. This keeps everything sharp and polished.

Pour Tequila Flora  straight in. Serve ice cold.
